THE PROBLEM

Our client partners with other non-profit organizations providing healthcare in conflict-affected areas to help displaced persons. They try to advance these under-resourced healthcare delivery systems by creating customized data management systems for healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. As a not-for-profit organization, our client required more stable revenue streams to continue operations and was considering the feasibility of data monetization.

THE APPROACH

After gaining an understanding of the product/service our client would provide, ACE conducted high-level research on the industry and took deeper dives into more specific groups with the largest potential for applicability catered to our client. For example, our approach included an economic outlook of the health data market along with analysis of major players/segments within the market, followed up with specific use cases, risks and mitigations, and pricing strategies.

THE RESULT

Through constant communication with the client and extensive research, we were able to identify segments of the market our client would have the most success in. We then provided insights on the value-add the data would have on these potential customers, as well as suggestions on pricing methods.
